Kristin Cavallari arrived at Good Morning America in New York City wearing a stunning orange halter dress with cream-colored stiletto heels and gold hoop earrings. The 36-year-old mother of three is promoting her newly released cookbook, Truly Simple: 140 Healthy Recipes for Weekday Cooking, which is her third book.
