The actor, who is either extra ripped for an upcoming role or maintaining his physique from a previous film, enjoyed a day on the water, riding a jet ski and cooling down with a shower. Efron will be starring as Kevin Von Erich in the upcoming film "The Iron Claw," based on the true story of the Von Erich wrestling family.
