Village People demand Trump stops using their music and impersonators.

Iconic 70s band Village People sent a cease and desist letter to Donald Trump demanding he stops using their hits including Macho Man and YMCA without consent. The letter calls the performance 'unauthorised' and said that seeing Trump dance to the song at Mar-a-Lago would make fans and the general public believe it was performed by the actual Village People, not a tribute band. Trump previously used the group's songs, especially Macho Man, in his campaign rallies but was asked to stop using the songs according to a letter from Village People manager Karen Willis, who is married to Victor Willis.
