Village People demand Trump cease use of "Macho Man" and likeness.

Village People has sent a cease-and-desist letter to former President Donald Trump, demanding that he stop using their music without consent. The band's manager, Karen Willis, sent the letter after a video of Trump and a Village People lookalike group dancing to "Macho Man" at his Mar-a-Lago estate went viral. The band has threatened to file a lawsuit against Trump if he doesn't stop using their images and music, and has asked him to stop hiring impersonators to perform their songs at events and rallies. Trump's attorney has responded by saying he will only deal with the attorney of the Village People if they have one, not the wife of one of the members.
