Tommy Lee Faces Lawsuit for Alleged Helicopter Sexual Assault

Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee is being sued by a woman, identified as Jane Doe, who alleges that he sexually assaulted her during a helicopter flight in 2003. The woman claims that Lee lured her onto the helicopter under false pretenses, and once airborne, both Lee and the pilot consumed alcohol and drugs. Lee allegedly proceeded to forcibly grope, kiss, and attempt to force the woman to perform oral sex. The lawsuit also alleges that the pilot, who has since died, watched the assault without intervening. The woman is seeking damages for sexual assault, gender violence, emotional distress, and negligence. Lee's representatives have not yet commented on the allegations.
