"The White Lotus" Season 3 Takes Viewers to Thailand

Creator Mike White has chosen Thailand as the location for the third season of HBO's satirical comedy-drama series, The White Lotus. White has expressed his desire to explore death and Eastern religion and spirituality in the upcoming season. While there is no word on casting yet, White is said to be "casting people you know" in a way that allows viewers to rediscover them or see them in a new light. The previous two seasons were shot on location at Four Seasons hotels in Hawaii and Italy, respectively.
