In the second episode of "Succession" season 4, Logan is ready to complete the sale of Waystar to Lukas Matsson, but his children might get in the way of that. Shiv is angry at Logan for interfering with her divorce lawyer choices and is intrigued by the notion of tanking the deal to spite him.
