Scott Pilgrim Anime Series Brings Back Live-Action Movie Cast on Netflix

The cast from the 2010 cult classic film, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, will reprise their roles in the upcoming Netflix anime series, which will be computer animated by Japanese animation studio Science SARU. The series, executive produced by Scott Pilgrim author Bryan Lee O’Malley and artist Bendavid Grabinski, will be directed by Edgar Wright. The plot centers on slacker musician Scott Pilgrim battling the seven evil exes of his new girlfriend, Ramona Flowers. The release date is yet to be announced.
