"Nick Carter Hit with Another Sexual Assault Lawsuit"

Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter is facing a third sexual assault lawsuit, with a woman identified as A.R. alleging that he assaulted her multiple times when she was 15. The incidents allegedly occurred on a yacht and a tour bus in 2003. The lawsuit claims that Carter provided the teen with alcohol and drugs and continued assaulting her despite her refusals. A.R. also alleges that Carter passed along STDs and caused severe emotional distress. Carter's attorneys have stated that a police investigation cleared his name, but A.R.'s attorney argues that lack of criminal charges shouldn't prevent her from suing.
