Javier Bardem and Chloë Sevigny have joined the cast of "Monster" Season 2 at Netflix, which will focus on the Menéndez brothers. The anthology series, co-created by Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan, will center on the story of Erik and Lyle Menéndez, who were convicted of murdering their parents in 1996.
