Jake Gyllenhaal discusses 'The Covenant' and his American pride.

Actor Jake Gyllenhaal promotes his new film "The Covenant," an action-thriller about a former U.S. Army sergeant risking his life to save his old interpreter from the Taliban, and says it represents the American "ethos" that no man is left behind. Gyllenhaal feels proud to be an American after watching the completed film and believes it represents the best of what the U.S. can be. Co-star Dar Salim says the movie depicts a message of unity, and Gyllenhaal adds that America is made up of heroes, sometimes reluctant ones, but that is who they are.
