The Judd Foundation is suing Kim Kardashian and California-based Clements Design, alleging that Kardashian promoted knockoff versions of late artist Donald Judd's furniture in a video tour of her Skkn by Kim company office. The foundation claims that it tried to resolve the matter amicably but that no attempt was made by either party to correct the "misstatements" or destroy "the fake furniture." Kardashian's representative referred to a statement by Clements Design, which said the Judd Foundation's claims had "absolutely no merit." Rainer Judd, president of the foundation, stated that the furniture in the video is "irrefutably fake" and undermines the integrity of her father's original work.
