Disney's live-action 'Lilo & Stitch' casts its lead character.

Maia Kealoha, a newcomer from Hawaii Island, has been cast as Lilo in the live-action remake of Disney's "Lilo & Stitch". The role was described as a girl who loves hula, surfing, wildlife, and all things "gross". Zach Galifianakis will reportedly play the alien Pleakley. A casting call is still being held for another character named Mertle.
