Dave Hollis' Cause of Death: Accidental Overdose of Cocaine, Ethanol, and Fentanyl.

Former Disney executive and ex-husband of podcaster Rachel Hollis, Dave Hollis, died of "toxic effects of cocaine, ethanol, and fentanyl." His death was ruled an accident, with high blood pressure and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease as additional factors. Dave had a history of alcohol and drug abuse, depression, and a dilated and enlarged heart. The couple announced their split in June 2020 after 16 years of marriage. They share four children.
