Nashawn Breedlove, also known as Lotto, the battle rapper who appeared in the movie 8 Mile alongside Eminem, has passed away at the age of 46. His mother confirmed the news on Facebook, expressing her grief and highlighting his talent as a rapper, singer, songwriter, and actor. The cause of death has not been disclosed. Breedlove's memorable verse in 8 Mile's final freestyle competition earned him recognition, and he has been remembered by fellow rappers as someone who was unfairly robbed of a victory. Prior to his role in 8 Mile, Breedlove contributed a song to the movie The Wash under his other moniker, Ox.
