Bad Bunny to Lead Porto Rico in Puerto Rico-Origin Drama Directed by Residente

Bad Bunny is set to star in Porto Rico, his first leading film role, a Puerto Rico origin story described as an epic Caribbean western. The film is directed by René Pérez Joglar (Residente) in his feature debut, with Edward Norton, Javier Bardem, and Viggo Mortensen co-starring. Produced by Pérez Joglar and Erick Douât via 1868 Studios, the project is backed by Live Nation Studios and Class 5 Films, with Norton and Bill Migliore producing and Alejandro González Iñárritu serving as executive producer. A logline has not yet been released.
