Stallone agreed to let Adele keep the statue, and she reportedly purchased the home for $58 million. The eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion features a screening room, cigar room, infinity pool, and art studio, among other amenities. Adele's 30-year mortgage payments will reportedly cost $227,000 per month, including property taxes and a 5% interest rate.
