Racial Tensions Rise as White Neighbor Targets Black Dinner Party Guests

A civil lawsuit has been filed against a white neighbor, identified as Marcus Rosebrock, who allegedly hosed down prominent Black and Latino guests at a dinner party hosted by Dr. Yves Duroseau and his wife, Claude, in Forest Hills, New York. The incident occurred when the neighbor demanded the music be turned down and, upon the guests' refusal, grabbed a hose and repeatedly sprayed them, increasing the water pressure each time. The guests, including lawyers, bank executives, and a public defender, are seeking monetary damages for the emotional distress caused by the incident, which they claim violated their civil rights. The neighbor denies the allegations and maintains that his actions were not racially motivated.
