Anita Joy, a co-worker and friend of former "General Hospital" actor Johnny Wactor, recounted the tragic night he was shot and killed while they were walking to their cars after a bartending shift in downtown Los Angeles. Wactor was shot by one of three masked suspects attempting to steal his car's catalytic converter. Despite Joy's efforts to save him, Wactor succumbed to his injuries.
