Tommy Lee Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged 2003 Helicopter Sexual Assault

Tommy Lee, the drummer of Mötley Crüe, has been sued by an anonymous woman, identified as Jane Doe, who alleges that he sexually assaulted her during a helicopter ride in 2003. The lawsuit also includes claims of gender violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. The plaintiff alleges that the pilot, David Martz, who was a friend of hers, mixed drinks and consumed alcohol, marijuana, and cocaine during the flight. She claims that Martz pressured her to sit on Lee's lap, where he allegedly groped, kissed, and penetrated her against her will. The plaintiff is seeking damages for medical expenses, loss of earnings, and loss of earnings capacity.
