Tommy Lee Faces Lawsuit for Alleged 2003 Helicopter Sexual Assault

Tommy Lee, the drummer of Mötley Crüe, is being sued by an unnamed woman who alleges that he sexually assaulted her in the cockpit of a helicopter in 2003. The woman claims that Lee forcibly groped, kissed, and penetrated her with his fingers, and attempted to force her to perform oral copulation during a 40-minute flight. She also alleges that both Lee and the pilot drank alcohol, smoked marijuana, and snorted cocaine during the flight. The accuser is seeking damages for gender violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. Lee has not yet responded to the allegations.
