Takeoff's Mother Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Houston Venue Where Migos Rapper Was Killed.

The mother of late Migos rapper Takeoff, who was shot and killed outside 810 Bowling & Billiards in Houston, is suing the venue for $1 million over his death. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants failed to provide a safe environment and were responsible for the operation, management, access, and safety of the venue and its invitees. Takeoff was an innocent bystander at a private party where a "lucrative dice game" took place. The man accused of killing him, Partick Xavier Clark, posted a $1 million bond and was indicted by a Harris County grand jury on May 25.
