Stalker Arrested Outside Harry and Meghan's California Mansion

A man has been arrested for stalking outside Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Montecito mansion. The man was placed under citizen's arrest by a member of the couple's security team before being taken into custody by the police. This is not the first time the man has committed a similar offense. The couple's mansion has been the subject of nine police calls in nine months due to security concerns. Harry and Meghan were not present at the time of the arrest as they were attending an event in New York City.
