Soap Actor Jefferson Machado Found Dead in Trunk

Brazilian soap actor Jefferson Machado, who had been missing since January, was found dead buried in a trunk in the backyard of a home in Campo Grande, Brazil. The 44-year-old's body showed signs of strangulation, according to his family lawyer. Machado starred in the Brazilian telenovela "Reis." His family and friends reported him missing after he left his eight dogs alone, which was out of character due to his love of animals.
