Russell Brand Faces Repeated Police Questioning for Alleged Sex Offences

Russell Brand has been questioned by Scotland Yard detectives for a second time over allegations of sexual offences. The interviews, conducted under caution, are in relation to a total of nine non-recent alleged sexual offences. Brand, who denies the allegations, was previously investigated by Channel 4's Dispatches and the Sunday Times, with four women alleging sexual assault between 2006 and 2013. The Metropolitan police confirmed that they have received multiple allegations of sexual offences and investigations are ongoing. Channel 4 and Banijay UK are conducting their own internal investigations.
