Roman Polanski's wife interviews rape victim who denies trauma.

Samantha Geimer, who was raped by Roman Polanski in 1977 when she was 13 years old, has defended the director in an interview with France’s Le Point magazine conducted by Polanski’s wife, Emmanuelle Seigner. Geimer said that Polanski had served his sentence and that the extradition attempt and his arrest were unfair and in opposition to justice. Polanski fled the US in 1978 while still under probation after his legal team got word that he was going to face imprisonment on additional charges. Polanski has a new movie, “The Palace,” waiting for release.
