Savannah rapper Quando Rondo and 18 others have been indicted on drug charges, gang affiliation, and illegal use of cell phones by the Chatham County District Attorney's office. Tyquian Terrel Bowman, also known as Quando Rondo, is accused of violating the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act for being in a manager role of the Rollin' 60's gang and using a cell phone to set up the sale of marijuana. Bowman has a bond hearing set for Friday.
