Model sues Disney and Miramax executive over alleged rape by Weinstein associate.

Former Miramax executive and Harvey Weinstein's friend, Fabrizio Lombardo, is being sued by ex-model Sara Ziff for allegedly raping her at a New York City hotel in 2001 when she was 19. Ziff claims Lombardo tricked her into attending a fake meeting with Weinstein and his brother, Bob, at the Mercer Hotel and then sexually assaulted her. The lawsuit also names Weinstein as a defendant and claims that Lombardo and Weinstein were so close that Weinstein was best man at Lombardo's 2003 wedding. Ziff is suing for unspecified damages under New York's Adult Survivors Act.
