Josh Duggar's Prison Release Date Delayed Again Due to Solitary Confinement and Phone Violation

Josh Duggar's 12.5-year prison sentence for child pornography charges has been extended by almost two months, with a new release date of Oct. 2, 2032. Duggar was reportedly caught with a contraband cellphone and remains in solitary confinement. His lawyers are seeking to reverse his conviction, arguing that investigators violated his rights by seizing the phone he was using to call his lawyer during the search that found the images. Duggar was convicted in December 2021 and sentenced to 151 months in prison.
