Former Detective Links Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls Murders

A retired detective testified before a grand jury that the murders of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls are connected, stating that people associated with both murders were involved. The detective did not reveal the theory but confirmed that different assailants were responsible for each attack, giving the recently arrested Duane "Keefe D" Davis a pass on the Biggie murder. Davis, who was charged with Tupac's murder, allegedly talked openly about his involvement in order to profit from the story. Tupac was fatally shot in 1996, while Biggie was killed in 1997.
