Dream Singer Melissa Schuman Files Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Nick Carter

Singer Melissa Schuman has filed a civil lawsuit against Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter, accusing him of sexual assault and battery during a 2002 incident in Santa Monica, California. Schuman, who was 18 at the time, claims that Carter, who was 22, forced her to perform and receive acts of oral sex. Carter has denied all accusations made by Schuman and filed a $2.3 million lawsuit against her and another accuser for extortion.
