DaniLeigh Arrested for DUI Hit & Run, Alleged Victim Suffers Fractured Spine

Singer DaniLeigh was arrested in Miami Beach for DUI hit and run after allegedly hitting a person on a moped and dragging it for a block. The victim suffered a kidney laceration and spinal fracture. DaniLeigh failed field sobriety tests and blew nearly twice the legal limit on a Breathalyzer. She was booked on 3 felony charges, including driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property.
