Chasing Horse sex abuse charges upheld in court.

A Nevada judge has dismissed a drug trafficking charge against Nathan Chasing Horse, a former "Dances With Wolves" actor, but upheld a grand jury's indictment on 18 sexual abuse-related felony crimes. Chasing Horse has been accused of using his position as a medicine man to lead a cult known as The Circle, gain access to vulnerable girls and women, and take underage wives. The alleged crimes date back to the early 2000s and cross multiple U.S. states. Chasing Horse has pleaded not guilty and a trial is scheduled to begin on May 1.
