Armie Hammer cleared of sexual assault charges by LA District Attorney.

Actor Armie Hammer will not face criminal charges in connection with allegations of sexual assault made in 2021 due to insufficient evidence, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. A woman, who identified herself as Effie, had accused Hammer of sexual assault, but the district attorney's office said it was unable to prove a non-consensual, forcible sexual encounter. Hammer thanked supporters and said he looked forward to putting his life back together. Effie said she was disappointed and had experienced death threats and harassment since coming forward.
