"American Man's Business Venture Turns Deadly in Indonesia, Resulting in Father-in-Law's Beheading"

An American husband, Arthur Leigh Welohr, has been arrested in Indonesia for allegedly beheading his father-in-law, Agus Sopiyan. The incident occurred after their joint business venture began to fail. Welohr reportedly attacked Agus at a house near his own residence, stabbing him and severing his head. Shocked onlookers subdued Welohr and called the police. Welohr's wife had previously paid for damages caused by Welohr's vandalism, but he continued to violate his in-laws' home before the alleged murder. Welohr has been charged under Indonesia's Penal Code and had a previous arrest in 2015 for attacking and wounding two people with a sword in San Francisco.
