George Anthony, father of Casey Anthony, became emotional during an interview for "Casey Anthony's Parents: The Lie Detector Test," when asked about his granddaughter Caylee's death and the accusation that he disposed of her body. Despite the emotional response, he continues to deny the allegations of concealing Caylee's body and of molesting Casey, which she had accused him of in court. The interview is part of a special airing on A&E, following Casey Anthony's own on-camera interview in 2022 where she reiterated her accusations against her father. George Anthony was previously cleared of involvement in Caylee's death, and Casey was acquitted of murder charges in 2011.
