Rapper NBA YoungBoy, currently on house arrest in Utah, has been taken into custody by the Cache County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly organizing a prescription fraud ring. Pharmacies across Utah were targeted by individuals calling in fraudulent prescriptions under the names of real doctors and using fake patient information. A pharmacist in Hyrum noticed red flags in the callers posing as doctors and did not fulfill the order. NBA YoungBoy has been booked on 63 charges, including having a dangerous weapon as a restricted person.
