Duggar jail calls reveal a $60 budget and a private-stay claim amid mounting charges

Entertainment Weekly obtained a jail call in which Joseph Duggar told wife Kendra he had about $60 to spend on calls, after being held at the Washington County Detention Center on Florida charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under 12 and related acts. Arkansas authorities also charged him with multiple counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment. Kendra, out on bail for separate accusations, said she was staying at a “private” place with the kids. Joseph has been extradited toward Florida (Panama City area) but has not yet been booked there, while Josh Duggar remains in prison serving a sentence for child pornography. The Duggars’ TLC shows have faced cancellations in recent years amid the family’s legal troubles.
