SAG-AFTRA Purchases North Hollywood HQ for $46.6M from Jamison.

SAG-AFTRA has purchased an office building in North Hollywood for $46.6 million to serve as its new national headquarters. The union currently rents space in a building on Wilshire Boulevard and is the only major entertainment union to rent, rather than own, its headquarters. The new building will provide more space, better facilities, and greater opportunities to serve its members and advance its mission. The move to buy a new headquarters is a collaborative effort with the search for the new building led by the union’s national secretary-treasurer, Joely Fisher.
