Liam Gildea, a Kmart worker from Australia, who went viral on TikTok after posting a funny store closing announcement video, has quit his job after being warned by his bosses for breaching store procedures and the company's social media policy. Gildea said he was disappointed by the company's reaction and felt everything had been handled poorly. He added that he would have loved for Kmart to take action towards it in a positive way, maybe even implement it into other stores.
