Disney's 30-Year Expansion Plan for DisneylandForward to Create Thousands of Jobs and Boost Anaheim's Economy.

Disney presented its 30-year expansion plan, DisneylandForward, to Anaheim leaders, which includes updating and renovating the resort to generate over 4,000 jobs and $1.1 billion in economic output during the 4-year construction period. The plan also seeks to loosen zoning restrictions in the city's 1994 "Resort Specific Plan" to allow for more flexibility in integrating hotel, theme park, retail, and dining experiences. The proposed expansion includes new lands and attractions, such as Frozen land and Zootopia, Tron, and Toy Story elements, but Disney has not committed to any of them yet.
