Daymond John Seeks Restraining Order Against Former 'Shark Tank' Participants

Daymond John, a celebrity investor on "Shark Tank," is seeking a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against former contestants Al "Bubba" Baker and his family, who accused John and his associates of misleading them and trying to take over their business. John refuted many of the Bakers' claims and called their actions a "willful and malicious smear campaign." Rastelli Foods, the meat manufacturer retained to produce the Bakers' patented Bubba's Q Boneless Baby Back Ribs, is also seeking a restraining order against the family.
