Amazon to Discontinue Freevee, Merging Content with Prime Video

Amazon is shutting down its free ad-supported streaming service, Freevee, with its content being integrated into Prime Video. The Freevee brand will be phased out in the coming weeks, but non-Prime members will still have access to free streaming content, including select Amazon Originals and licensed movies, through Prime Video. This move aims to simplify Amazon's video streaming offerings, which had become complicated with the introduction of ads on Prime Video.
