"The Passion Project: The Making of 'Days of Wine and Roses'"

Kelli O’Hara and Brian d’Arcy James have brought "Days of Wine and Roses," a musical about a couple struggling with addiction, to Broadway after more than 20 years of development. The show's creators, Adam Guettel and Craig Lucas, worked on evolving the midcentury classic into a musical, drawing from their own experiences with addiction. The production, starring O’Hara and James, showcases the love that drives the characters' relationship despite its misguided nature.
