Singer and songwriter Jeff Tweedy discussed his new book, "World Within a Song: Music That Changed My Life and Life That Changed My Music," during a conversation and music event in Chicago. Moderated by Peter Sagal, the evening explored Tweedy's personal connection to 50 influential songs and touched on topics such as addiction and difficult family relationships.
