Scottish Fiddler Reunited with Beloved Violin in Portland Shop

Scottish fiddler Alasdair Fraser was reunited with his treasured violin after it was stolen from his car while on tour in Portland. The instrument, which he had played since he was 8, was found at a violin shop where a couple had intended to sell it. Fraser, who was in California at the time, flew to Portland to retrieve his violin and was surprised by an 11-year-old fan who got a violin lesson and played tunes with him. The reunion has inspired Fraser to create more music, and he expressed gratitude to the people of Portland for their support.
