A Russian man named Sergey Vladimirovich Ochigava managed to fly from Europe to LAX without a passport, visa, or plane ticket. He interacted with flight crew, ate meals, and spoke to other passengers during the flight. Ochigava evaded security in Copenhagen, Denmark, and was not on the flight's manifest or passenger list. He was only discovered when he tried to pass through U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Ochigava claims to have no memory of how he got to Copenhagen or how he went through security without a ticket. He has pleaded not guilty and is being held without bond.
