Fatal Fall from Cruise Ship Balcony Leaves One Dead and Another Injured.

A passenger on the Valiant Lady cruise ship of Virgin Voyages died after falling from a balcony and landing on a lower deck, where they also struck another passenger who was not seriously injured. The ship was redirected back to Miami before departing again with a changed itinerary. The Miami Police Department and the FBI have not yet commented on the incident. Passengers on board were shaken up, and some chose to disembark in Miami. Virgin Voyages has offered future cruise credits to passengers.
