Finnish airline Finnair has announced that it will start weighing passengers along with their carry-on luggage to better estimate the plane's weight before take-off. The voluntary weigh-ins have sparked controversy, with some social media users expressing concern about potential embarrassment for overweight passengers. Finnair stated that the collected data is not linked to customers' personal data and is part of their safety culture to ensure accurate calculations for every flight.
