20-Year-Old Jumps Overboard from Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship

A 20-year-old man, reportedly intoxicated, jumped overboard from the 18-story Royal Caribbean cruise ship, Liberty of the Seas, as it traveled between Cuba and the Bahamas, leaving his family horrified. The U.S. Coast Guard has launched a search and rescue operation for the missing passenger, while the cruise line's care team is providing support to the family. This incident adds to the approximately 386 people who have gone overboard from cruise ships in the last two decades, including a similar case last year.
